| Bio: |   Who I am: I'm so very happily married. I'm a creative type. I just started seriously getting into photography, and I love it with a passion. I hope to one day start a pet photography business (or any photography business for that matter). I'm overweight, but still train for triathlons and 5Ks, and work out at the gym when I can. I absolutely love to swim. I also love kickboxing and Tae Bo, but Pilates kicks my butt. I want to try yoga. I like some cartoons, and sometimes sound more like I'm 16 than 26 online. I'm sensitive and somewhat shy offline (a true cancer), but a little more outgoing online. I try to avoid conflicts, and like to get along. On occasion, though, I do get cynical and sarcastic. Everyone has a darker side. :P I love animals, and have two ferrets (Zoe and Pigpen) and a black lab (Moose). I don't work currently (looking for something home-based, something photography-related would be awesome) but my husband is a software engineer. I'm considering going back to school (I have a degree in music, but realized too late that wasn't what I wanted), but with news of a little one on the way (!!!), it might be a while before I can. I don't update all the time, though I've been updating more often lately. I'm thinking of starting a photography and graphics livejournal, separate from this one. What's currently going on in my life: My husband (Daniel) and I are expecting our first child on November 11, 2007 -- exactly one year from our wedding!! We're so excited! We've already had our first ultrasound. (We were unsure of our date... the ultrasound put us at 8w3d on 4/4 and we got to hear the heartbeat! I was so excited, I didn't hear what the heart rate was, though.) Morning sickness is kicking in, and I've currently hit a baby name pondering stage... What I write about: Just random tidbits... sometimes about stuff that's happened that day, sometimes about issues that I read about, sometimes I post something random and inane (like a random observation, or even an occasional meme or survey). And now, of course, pregnancy stuff. Friending me: If you want to add me, by all means do so. Just let me know by commenting in my friends-only post, or I may not notice and not add you back. And understand that, while I do read everyone's entries, I don't comment unless I have something to say. So don't add me if you just want more comments -- it won't work. :P I'll probably be a little more talkative to those I have more in common with. Also, don't be offended if I don't add you or take you off. Nothing personal, we just didn't have anything in common at all or some other reason -- if I don't let you know why, feel free to ask. I don't add friends just to have lots of them... on the contrary, I'd rather be able to keep up with all the entries on my FL rather than be bombarded by tons of entries and not be able to keep up.
